Canyon Hobbies will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Canyon Hobbies retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. The company thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged except with expressed consent of an authorized Canyon Hobbies representative.
Items ineligible for return:
- Factory sealed products which have been opened or removed from packaging in any way.
- Electronics (If defective refer to the manufacturers warranty coverage.)
Canyon Hobbies does not accept returns on defective merchandise which is covered by the manufacturers warranty. All Warranties are handled directly by the respective manufacturers that produced the item in question. You will need a copy of your original receipt and warranties must be claimed prior to the warranty expiration date set by the manufacturer.

1) Please include your RMA number on the outside of the box and the reason for the return on the packing slip to facilitate the processing of your return.
(Notes will be added to your account stating the reason for return and condition of the package as described by the customer.)
2) The original product packaging must be included.

Canyon Hobbies is not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under their respective warranties.
